Renzoo Limited takes your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.

When you register with Renzoo, we only optionally ask for your name, address, birth date, gender, occupation, and company name.

Renzoo require registration of your mobile phone number in order to authenticate you as a recipient of mobile alerts. Renzoo does not collect or retain your payment information. Credit or debit card information is collected directly by PayPal, our authorised payment gateway, over their secure payment processing system. 

Renzoo will not sell, trade, rent or disclose to a third party any customer identifying information derived from the registration for or use of a Renzoo service like e.g. contacts entered in customer's address book. Also, Renzoo will not read or disclose to third parties any private communications that are transmitted by using Renzoo services.

Renzoo may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

• We have your consent to share the information;
• We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, any legitimate request by authorities with which we must comply or legal process.
• We may transfer information about you if Renzoo acquires, or is acquired by or merged with, another company. In this event, Renzoo will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Renzoo has implemented technology and security features to safeguard the privacy of customer identifying information from unauthorized access or improper use and will continue to enhance security procedures as new technologies become available.
