Renzoo's Mobile Email Features

• Your Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail or any other POP or webmail email can be sent to the mobile phone you already have.
  No need to buy a new phone or download software. Setup is easy and instant, and you can receive email from up to 5 of your existing email accounts. Simply log in to your Renzoo mobile inbox at m.renzoo.co.uk from your mobile browser. Then you can read, reply, compose or forward email messages. You can even view all standard attachments such as doc, xls, pdf and jpeg.
• No synchronizations with your primary inboxes, just copy of your emails.
  Most mobile email solutions work in the way that they synchronise your mobile inbox with your primary inbox. This means that when you, for example, delete an email on your mobile it also gets deleted in your primary inbox. We find this very inconvenient because we see mobile inbox as a temporary place for your emails and once they've been dealt with they can be removed without deleting them from your primary inbox.
• Email Alerts can notify you instantly - via a text message sent to your mobile phone -- when you receive an important new message.
  By using the mobile email alerts option, you'll be notified instantly when an important message arrives in your inbox... for as little as 6p per message! This option also allows you to set preferences that will designate which emails you want to alert you on your phone, and when you want to receive them. And, unlike what many of the standard email to sms alert services provide, your messages will be displayed in their entirety. Ordinary text alerts show only 160 characters of an email. With Renzoo mobile email alerts, one click opens up the full message.
• Mobile Email Alert Control.
  To use Mobile Email Alerts, all you need to do is establish a few "rules". For example, if you want to be notified when emails arrive from a specific person, add that person's email address to your rules. If you're looking for messages that contain a specific phrase or word in the subject line, add that phrase or word to your rules. When these emails arrive, they will be identified by Renzoo and you'll receive a text message notifying you of their arrival.
• Mobile phone independence.
  Since there is nothing Renzoo specific installed or configured on your phone, when you replaced it with a new one, regardless whether your old one got stolen or broken, or simply because you fancied a new model, Renzoo will still work as with your old phone. There is nothing you need to do in order to continue receiving email alerts and accessing emails from your new phone.

  Majority of mobile email solutions have a client application installed on your phone which polls your email server in predetermine intervals for new emails. When there are new emails the client application will download email headers (from and subject) to your mobile phone. Every time your phone connects to your email server, this could be as often as 15 minutes, and every time email headers are downloaded to your phone data will be exchanged and hence data traffic charges incurred. Unless you have flat data plan this could significantly increase your phone bill. Because Renzoo does polling and downloading of new emails on the server rather than on your mobile device the cost of your mobile email service can be much lower. And if you enable email alerts for only important messages, you will receive email header information in a text message. If, from the header information you decide that your email can't wait until you return to your computer and needs to be dealt with immediately you have the possibility to access it in full directly from the text alert.
• Use Skype™ to control your mobile alerts!
  If you're a Skype user, our "Presence Control" system can automatically begin sending you email by phone the moment you leave your computer. With this option activated, Renzoo can sense your Skype status to detect when you have left your computer, and will start sending mobile email alerts to your phone immediately.
